“A truly individual voice, fresh and without cliches.”
– Kenneth Keaton, American Record Guide
As a composer, I found him to be of an exceptional level, with great imagination and capacity to create adequate atmospheres for the texts, using various resources; with an enormous ability to manage the orchestral colors; with a great palette of musical resources to maintain the interest of the audience.
– Guido Minoletti [Conductor, who was honored in 2005 for his 50 years of promoting choral excellence in Chile.]
An important American guitarist, he juxtaposes the choral writing against ingenious writing for his instrument. Every nuance was exquisitely linked to the choral sonorities.
– The Courier-Journal, Lexington, KY
